• All activities occurring under your account

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Distribute malware or abusive content
• Use FluCRM to infringe intellectual property rights

4. Subscription & Payments

• FluCRM operates on a subscription basis
• Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

5. Plan Limitations

Each subscription plan has defined limits (users, features, usage). Exceeding limits may require upgrading your plan.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in FluCRM remain the exclusive property of FluCRM.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.
